Cari amici questo contributo vuole essere non solo un argomento di discussione ma anche e soprattutto un filo guida del nostro portale. Il momento storico ci impone una profonda riflessione sul futuro della destra ed in special modo Alleanza Nazionale, partiamo dal ruolo del MSI, che tutti conosciamo e stimiamo: fino a Fiuggi.
Si dico Fiuggi perchè per tanti è il punto di partenza di una nuova destra, per altri ancora la data che ha segnato la fine di una destra autentica non borghese e non democristiana, come la vorrebbe Fini. Il nostro mondo non ha più bisogno di sdoganarsi e dimostrare di non essere fascista, anche se per me sarebbe un vanto potersi definire tale. Dico il partito che visse due volte perchè il grande MSI forse aveva esaurito il suo ruolo, Allenza Nazionale forse lo sta esaurendo, ma è giusto unirsi in un partito unico? E’ questo ciò che chiede l’elettorato? La sinistra italiana si sta già spegnendo sotto se stessa e le sue illusioni di "partito democratico", potrebbe toccare anche alla destra se continua di questo passo, vero è che c'è bisogno di una destra europea ed europeista, ma e'anche vero che la destra italiana è sempre stata una "destra atipica e tipizzata" per usare una espressione dell' On. Nino Colucci , atipica dagli stereotipi sempra abbinati alla parola destra ma allo stesso tempo tipizata al contesto di una Nazione che ha vissuto in tutta la sua pienezza il Fascismo.

Se Rao ha narrato tutta la storia del postfascismo italiano e dell’MSI fino alla trasformazione in An, Giuli tesse la trama della sua critica proprio a partire dalla nascita di An, affrontando la spinosa questione dell’identità, che definisce “pollaio dei valori”, la poca democraticità di alcuni organi di partito, come Azione Giovani, definita Professione Giovani.
